🗓️ Sprint 6 Overview: Expanding Features and Fixing Core UX Issues

In Week 6, the development team focused on improving both the employer and job-seeker experience. This sprint included implementation of key features such as employer dashboards, registration flow, mobile responsiveness, and improved job interaction mechanics. A significant portion of the work was also dedicated to fixing core bugs and increasing overall system reliability.

🎯 Goals:

• Implement the employer registration and login functionality to enable job posting and dashboard access.
• Create the employer dashboard, allowing employers to post jobs, view applicants, and manage listings.
• Improve job parser reliability to ensure consistent and accurate job data extraction from various sources.
• Fix the experience filter, addressing inconsistent formatting and logic that blocked correct filtering.
• Enhance the job details display, ensuring job information is complete, well-formatted, and readable.
• Implement a favorites feature, allowing users to save interesting jobs for later review.
• Add ability to apply to jobs posted by employers, capturing and storing applications in the system.
• Deliver full mobile responsiveness across the platform to improve access on phones and tablets.
• Start integrating live chat functionality to support real-time user communication.
