Feature: Add ability to place roads

Add an ability to place roads. Roads are placed in a separate part of the "building" mode. The grid is rendered when you are in the mode of placing roads. Click on cells to place / remove the road there. The form of the road is automatically adjusted based on its neighboring cells.
