Milestone 5

During this week we should integrate ML pipeline into backend api and frontend.
We should find a way to beautify the tree view.
Finish refactoring backend and merge it with main
Improve quality of generated courses(Exclude noisy/unclear topics, Move tasks generation to external endpoint)
