End of sprint 4 pull request

This merge request is finalizing the result of 4th weekly sprint. What have done:

• Created demo version of the product which includes:

1. Extended trigger function of the bot.
2. Created and connected admin panel to the bot.
3. Created and connected telegram chat to the bot's trigger function (send the contact if trigger is activated).

• Created the roadmap of the project with future improvements.
• All the progress where declared and tracked on gitlab.
